Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation of their order before the order has been dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@theseedverse.com with your order details.
For prepaid orders, approved cancellations will generally be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Any request relating to an order after dispatch will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
