TheSeedVerse is operated by Webflare Technologies Pvt .Ltd, having its registered address at Plot No. 30–31, 2nd Floor, Veer Savarkar Block, Shakarpur, East Delhi, Delhi – 110092, India.
3. Product and Catalogue Information
TheSeedVerse offers quality-selected seeds for home gardens, growers, and urban farming, including vegetable seeds, flower seeds, fruit seeds, herb and medicinal seeds, spice and condiment seeds, and forage and fodder seeds.
Product details, seed varieties, pack sizes, growing information, and availability may vary depending on the product, production lot, season, and availability.
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).
- Product prices displayed on TheSeedVerse are the final prices payable by the customer.
- GST is not applicable to the products offered through our present line of business, and no additional GST amount is added to the displayed product prices.
- Product availability may change depending on stock and production cycles.
- Seed pack quantities and weights are subject to applicable trade tolerances.
4. Customer Verification
Customers may be required to verify their email address through a one-time password (OTP) or verification code during account registration or other applicable stages of the purchase process.
By using the website, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and belongs to you or is provided with appropriate authorisation.
5. Payment
All orders placed through TheSeedVerse are prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery is not currently available on our website.
Customers may make payments through the payment gateway options available on the website, which may include UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking.
An order will be processed after successful confirmation of the applicable payment.
6. General Terms
TheSeedVerse reserves the right to update product availability, pricing, catalogue information, and these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute relating to these terms or purchases made through TheSeedVerse shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Webflare Technologies Pvt . Ltd, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
