How soon will my order be dispatched?
Prepaid orders placed before 2 PM are packed the same working day and dispatched within 48 hours. You will get an email with the courier and tracking number the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available on TheSeedVerse.
All orders are prepaid and can be paid securely through the available payment gateway options, including UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking.
How fresh is the seed you send?
We pack our seeds in moisture-barrier foil packaging to help protect them from humidity during transit, as moisture can reduce seed quality. Seed performance can still vary depending on the variety, storage conditions, and growing environment. Please check the actual packaging received for applicable packing, batch, and date information.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver to every serviceable PIN code in India. Delivery normally takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your location.
Do you ship outside India?
Not currently. Seed export needs a phytosanitary certificate and an import permit from the destination country, which we do not yet handle.
