Moong Sprouting Seeds is supplied as sowing-grade seed, packed in moisture-barrier foil with the lot number and best-before printed on the pack.
How to sow
- Season: Year round, indoors
- Sowing depth: Soak and drain
- Spacing: Dense in a jar or tray
- Seed count: approx 15 seeds/g
Soak overnight, drain well, then rinse twice a day. Keep the jar tilted so water never stands - that is the whole method.
